Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after your order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or major holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Standard shipping typically takes approximately 4–5 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Please allow approximately 6–8 business days total from the date your order is placed for processing and standard delivery.

Shipping Delays

Bernard Burns Couture is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once your package has been accepted for delivery.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Bernard Burns Couture cannot be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to update the address if the order has not already shipped.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your building management, or the shipping carrier.
